Blue Wasabi introduced an innovative twist where sushi chefs and bartenders work side by side, preparing traditional and new age sushi rolls and over twenty signature martinis to create a fun, interactive environment that provides an ideal place to eat, drink and people watch. Servers are friendly, attentive and known to go table-to-table, introducing people to each other.
