Launched in 2004 to rave reviews, Blue Wasabi quickly established itself as the valley's most unique sushi destination. Blue Wasabi introduced an innovative twist where sushi chefs and bartenders work side by side, preparing traditional and new age sushi rolls and over twenty signature martinis to create a fun, interactive environment that provides an ideal place to eat, drink and people watch. Servers are friendly, attentive and known to go table-to-table, introducing people to each other.
